On the Restaurant’s Menu, Piera offers a sequence of elaborate and amazing sensorial experiences, like the encounter with the taste of his azzada of race, prepared according to the traditional local recipe, or with its Sardinian fregula seved with a delicate bottarga cream, or with mushrooms and chopped-up pork sausage, on a inspiring bed of typical carasau bread.

Not to tell about the intensity of the culinary experience associated with the ingredients and flavours that Piera loves to use in order to dress and season its hand made fresh pasta starters, like the cavatelli with mussels and saffron or the blacks maccarrones with zucchini and bottarga, the tasty alisanzas with seafood and Malvasia wine or the traditional ravioli stuffed with ricotta, pecorino cheese and ghisadu.

Not to mention the tasting emotions associated with its mussels and clams sautéed blended with Malvasia wine, or the fresh slices of swordfish with julienne vegetables or superb bream caught during the day and then baked in the oven with potatoes, tomatoes and olives.
